Into Action

As Territory Business Planner you will lead the territory governance processes and the short-, mid- and long term commercial planning processes and capabilities. You will ensure a consistent monthly Territory business review process. You represent the single point of truth for demand numbers on short, medium and long term and will take the lead in the price, PMin and SKU management process and tools.

 

The Challenge

The Territory Business Planner is the focal point in the connection between Commercial and P&S and may lead major projects. He/ She will be in the lead for short/ mid- and long term demand planning and forecasting. You’ll continuously search to balance the differences between demand and supply and challenge your stakeholders to optimize forecasting. In adherence with global processes and guidelines you’ll provide reporting and analytics to support the Territory Marketing team and the Commercial Unit Managers. In search for continuous improvement you dare to challenge your stakeholders by collating and analyzing demand change numbers and accuracy, to optimize the balance between budget and demand.

In order to succeed you will coordinate the monthly territory business review process. On a quarterly basis also will lead the territory governance processes such as S&OP and KPI reporting and the SPP demand reviews. You coordinate the yearly Management Review, MAPS cycle.
Next to that you will be the tool and process expert in the territory.

Qualifications

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a bachelors or masters degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Logistics and or Supply Chain management, backed up with several years of experience in an international business environment. For this position you should have excellent analytical skills combined with financial acumen and SCM principles. It goes without saying you should have excellent communications skills in English. A high knowledge of Excel, and preferably experience with SAP. The ideal candidate has high problem solving skills, strong stakeholder management skills, a customer focus and is result oriented.
