  • Support Biologicals Business Manager in design and execution of Biologicals business plan.
  • Fully responsible for the technical part of the CU Biological product strategy & positioning incl. trials planning and budget management
  • Hold critical internal and external crop expertise across a range of agronomic and market conditions with focus on Bilogicals
  • Builds the interface between CP Marketing, CPD and Technical/Sales teams in the Sales Regions
  • Build relationships with the key country / regional stakeholders, selected customers and key industry technical influencers according to selected crop with focus on Biologicals
  • After full alignment with CP Teams actively participate in design, communication, and implementation of technical crop solutions for the assigned crop with focus on Biologicals
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise (e.g. launch platforms) tailored to the crop strategy in the CU (positioning & competitor comparisons) for individual products
  • Establish technical expertise and network required to drive successful 5Y SMS Marketing Plans, the Portolio decisions and the build of strong Brands
  • Interacts and collaborates with EAME Biologicals Team (in English)

Qualifications

  • Agronomical background
  • 3 years of experience in a technical role ( e. g. Product Biologist or Evaluator, technical regional field expert) in the agri-business sector
  • Field trials experience
  • Crop management knowledge
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office user)
  • Knowledge about the needs and drivers of the customers
