Through leading innovations, we help farmers around the world meet the challenge of feeding a growing population and taking care of our planet. We are currently seeking a Production Technician at our St. Gabriel, LA plant.
Accountabilities
- Provide all product and quality demands without production curtailment
- Coordinate waste management issues with waste coordinator and others as necessary
- Develop and/or recommend proposals to improve efficiency, HSE performance, and reduce costs
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in the unit
- May be required to participate on Emergency Response Teams
- Preparing equipment for operation, operating equipment, monitoring equipment, logging data, analytical sampling, maintenance preparation and minor maintenance on equipment (Equipment includes pumps, reactors, tanks, and clarifiers)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- PTech degree preferred
- Chemical operations experience preferred

Lifting/Carrying ,Pulling/Pushing, Walking, Standing, Sitting, Climbing, Balancing, Bending of Trunk, Riding of Bicycle, Rotation of Trunk, Crawling, Squatting/Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching/Overhead Work, Grip, Respiratory Use
