To support that challenge, the Syngenta team is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator for Seeds North America to provide partnership and support to the Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in Downers Grove, IL.  This Position requires up to 15% travel, while embracing the FOW (Future of Work).

You will help shape the future of agriculture by: 

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative support with the full recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to job assignment and advertisement, interview coordination, and pre-onboarding activities, employment brand campaigns, and assisting with recruitment reporting and analysis.
  • Effectively handling high volumes of activity and managing multiple calendars and availability to effectively schedule interviews. 
  • Work with minimum supervision with strong ability to problem solve by leveraging resources, thinking outside the box, and working on your own initiative by reading and comprehending detailed instructions and processing information with accuracy and clarity. 

Accountabilities

  • Supports the recruitment team with writing articulate job advertisements and other recruitment materials including tracking & reporting and social media management. Manages the ATS efficient flow of new requisitions, ensuring new requisitions are appropriately assigned daily, auditing weekly for candidate movement, and dispositioning.
  • Facilitates and manages interview scheduling and coordination, working with Talent Acquisition team to schedule complex interviews with stakeholders across multiple time zones.  Ensures all interview logistics are coordinated: including candidate travel, meeting room bookings, and interview panel coordination
  • Conducts audits and analysis of recruitment data from the ATS and CRM systems for data and process quality.
  • Monitors and informs the recruitment team & HR Support with New Joiner Day 1 readiness
  • Ad-hoc coordination support for Talent acquisition (e.g., recruitment events, CRM activities, employer branding etc.)
  • Facilitates, in partnership with Talent Acquisition team, CRM Talent Community Candidate & Branding activities (e.g., Candidate entries & tagging, launching electronic campaigns, content calendar, talent community management)
  • Supports the TA Administrative Lead with the TA reporting and analytics needed for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and other presentations as needed.
  • Supports the TA regional Vendor related activities for Purchase Order and SAP Ariba set-up and other ad hoc administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or a high school graduate/GED required, plus a minimum of two years of experience in a recruiting environment. University level education in a relevant subject desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Diary or Calendar management of multiple stakeholders or interviewers required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with high attention to detail with the flexibility to handle multiple assignments with an established SLA or delivery time required.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, agency, recruiting staffing firm, in-house recruitment team or HR environment utilizaing applicant tracking systems and CRMs preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills and proficiency with MS Office reporting and analytic software preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
  • Fluent English is a must; a second language is desirable
