A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Production & Supply (P&S) Centre of Expertise (CoE) team to help improve our environment & sustainability (E&S) processes and to optimise the digital tools and platforms that underpin these.

We are looking to expand our team of passionate, self-starting, and talented professionals to help us ensure we meet our 2030 scope 1, 2 and 3 commitments and bring these commitments to life in our everyday operations.
The initial focus of this role will be on optimising the use of the Enablon Metrics module within the new global eHSE platform to support Syngenta’s annual environmental reporting and management process with an expectation that this scope will broaden to include other related processes and/ or areas in the future.
You will be accountable for:
- Actively contributing within E&S projects, understanding the requirements from the business and providing expertise in our processes and systems.
- Ensuring business needs are well understood and translated into user stories that enable ongoing continuous improvements.
- Supporting the development of key user competencies and process documentation in relation to E&S
- Acting as an anchor-point to secure environment & sustainability related processes and systems design knowledge within the organization.
- Developing and performing process analytics to help drive sustainability improvements
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Environment/ Sustainability or IT with a solid understanding and hands on experience of functional systems and data management.
You will become a crucial member of our team and will be part of actively shaping a field of great importance for Syngenta going forwards. Your work will make a tangible difference and contribute directly towards achieving our climate commitments.
