You will be based in our Global Operations Centre in Manchester where we deliver ambitious operational priorities and drive competitive differentiation for our customers.  You will be part of a diverse, energetic and capability rich community of common purpose where we all have the opportunity to contribute and grow.

You will be accountable for:

Regional Supply Chain Planners (SCP) are responsible for a given portfolio produced within Europe, Africa and Middle East and distributed globally ensuring customer on time delivery.

As a SCP you will work with the in-market country teams and supply chain managers to maintain the balance of overall supply/demand requirements for your portfolio, proactively identifying demand uncertainties and future supply constraints. The primary focus of the role is to ensure our products are in our customers hands when they need it, ensuring the optimum levels of inventory and introducing new, innovative products seamlessly to the market.


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a supply chain planning environment, with high preference for experience in the agribusiness sector
  • Customer centricity with a strong sense of urgency and excellent prioritization skills
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes and solid experience within a Supply Planning environment. Hands on BI, APO, SAP R3 knowledge within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to translate system data and market insights into optimized plans
  • Able to understand complex situations and resolve conflicting objectives under pressure
  • An energetic team player able to work across functional boundaries and cultures with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership of complex problems through to completion
  • Drive sustainable change by leveraging continuous improvement tools and techniques
