Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: Stażysta/tka CRM w Dziale Marketingu 

Miejsce pracy: praca zdalna lub praca w modelu hybrydowym (Warszawa)
Czas trwania: 12 miesięcy
Forma zatrudnienia: umowa zlecenie 

Zadania:

  • Doradzanie i wsparcie pracowników korzystających z systemu zarządzania relacjami z klientami (CRM - Customer Relationship Management) i zarządzanie bazą danych
  • Współpraca z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za zarządzanie systemem CRM
  • Wsparcie dla zespołu Działu Marketingu w korzystaniu z baz danych dla wybranych kampanii marketingowych
  • Codzienna współpraca z Działem Marketingu i Sprzedaży - identyfikacja problemów, utrzymywanie kontaktów telefonicznych i emailowych z użytkownikami systemu
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i opracowywanie podstawowych analiz danych w oparciu o system CRM dla zespołów Działu Marketingu i Sprzedaży
  • Udział w wybranych spotkaniach w celu poznania procesu kampanii marketingowych

Kwalifikacje

  • Status studenta (mile widziane kierunki związane z rolnictwem lub naukami przyrodniczymi)
  • Dyspozycyjność min. 20 h w tygodniu (3-5 dni w tygodniu przez 5-8 godzin dziennie)
  • Znajomość obsługi pakietu MS Office (ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem MS Excel)
  • Komunikatywność, samodzielność, uważność i zaangażowanie w powierzone zadania
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację
