In Actie

Als stagiair ga jij aan de slag met de optimalisatie van hoofd- en voorlevering in onze Europese distributie, met focus op seizoenspieken. Je zult:

 

  • Huidige distributieprocessen en data analyseren
  • Scenario's ontwikkelen voor optimale planning en verdeling
  • Een model creëren voor wekelijkse verdeling tussen hoofd- en voorlevering
  • Een gedetailleerd adviesrapport opstellen met concrete aanbevelingen

 

De Uitdaging

Jij gaat ons helpen bij het streven naar een efficiënte en klantgerichte distributie van plantmateriaal in Europa. Je focust op de timing en balans tussen hoofd- en voorleveringen, vooral tijdens seizoensgebonden pieken. Jouw doel is het ontwikkelen van een onderbouwd advies voor de optimale planning en verdeling in onze Europese distributieketen, rekening houdend met seizoenspieken, klantwensen en de capaciteit van ons Nederlandse distributiecentrum.

Qualifications

Jouw Profiel

Je hebt:

  • Een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en ervaring met data-analyse
  • Kennis van supply chain management en seizoensgebonden logistiek
  • Vaardigheid in capaciteitsplanning en optimalisatiemodellen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met Excel, data-visualisatietools en mogelijk simulatiesoftware
  • Je volgt een HBO studie in de richting Logistiek
