About this job
Reporting to the FP&A Commercial Finance Head you will lead strategic business partnering activities for Marketing leadership team with a view to achieve the company’s long term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Marketing Director providing operational and strategic decision support
- Collaborate with Marketing team in order to create insights and drive business growth with end to end finance support
- Drive the effective and efficient delivery of business goals with sound financial analysis and advice through an appropriate balance of short, medium and long term financial planning and monitoring
- Contribute to ensure FP&A team people development
- Guarantee governance of financial controls and compliance
- Manage direct reports to oversee marketing expenses annual budget and monthly reviews
- Support cross function teams in mitigation of business risks

Qualifications
- Graduated in Administration, Economics, Accounting, and related areas.
- Desirable Postgraduate or MBA in related fields;
- Advanced level of English with professional proficiency
- Spanish language is differential
- Office pack at an advanced level
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI, Click sense
Critical Experience
- M&A Experience and Financial modeling
- Team management Experience is required.
- Solid experience in finance in the areas of business finance and controllership, must have experience in Managerial positions
- Experience with influence on key Stakeholders
- Experience acting in the follow-up of desirable agribusiness
- Working with cross functional teams
- Experience supporting sales and marketing teams
- Good communication with business area
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Experience working with KPIs, risk analysis, building business cases,
