Role Purpose:

  • Support SPS APAC leadership to develop internal and external communication
  • Support regional marketing campaigns and special projects, including management of all SPS events and marketing-related activities
  • Execution of Singapore digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media management to intensify customers’ engagements
  • Execution of administrative support activities by proper coordination with all stakeholders and ensuring smooth functionality of the SPS APAC

Qualifications

Accountabilities:

Marketing and Special Projects:

  • Execute, plan and manage Singapore marketing campaigns with Technical Sales Managers
  • Responsible for SPS Singapore/Regional website and social media maintenance. Plan ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Monitor the progress in campaigns using various metrics and submit reports
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and brand development
  • Ensure marketing campaign implementation follows branding guidelines 
  • Active participation in deep dive activities/meetings and evaluating digital solutions
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
  • Support SPS APAC digital transformation journey – play a liaison role between region, global and ASEAN countries to drive digital initiatives (Chatbot, CRM platform)
  • Support regional I-plan market research activities
  • Support SPS events (Product launches, seminars etc.)
  • Liaise with vendors for events, and creative design

Administrative:

  • Support Head of SPS, APAC, on all administrative matters  
  • Support SPS APAC team in flights, visa applications, and other travel-related activities
  • Support SPS monthly meeting, minutes taking, and following up on the action items
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to execute procurement-related processes for SPS APAC
  • Responsible for managing SPS courier and dispatch services with third parties
