  • Deliver sales and profitability objectives of SPS Business in Pakistan
  • Formulate & implement sales strategies to achieve growth objectives with alignment to regional aspirations & strategies
  • Prepare launch plans for new products ensuring effective pre and post launch activities to maximize growth.
  • Evaluate new opportunities, review channel/KAM strategy to maximize effectiveness
  • Prepare and communicate technical-commercial information to ensure efficient knowledge transfer to distributors and customers
  • Manage and update sales forecast for SPS Business in Pakistan

Business Development:

  • Formulate sales growth and market development strategies
  • To ensure growth project deliverables are achieved on schedule
  • Ensure that the right products are developed and registered to support business growth
  • Review, revamp/expand (if necessary) distribution networks
  • Demand creation planning & execution to ensure there is adequate ‘pull strategy’ via activities such as technical advisory services, technical information, grower incentives….etc.
  • Identify new market opportunities (incl news ai’s, formulations and application technology)

Communication Liaison:

  • Prepare and communicate with Region with monthly business review (MBR)
  • Lead and develop a strong team with high motivation, clear objectives and strong execution
  • Liaise with and proactively influence key stakeholders (internal & external) with relevant technical, supply & commercial information
  • Build strong relationships with key PCOs, stakeholders and channel partners to facilitate the positioning of Syngenta products as the products of choice based on a strong technical position & confidence in use
  • Liaise with APAC business teams to ensure timely execution of action plans, knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices.
  • Develop business & product strategies that successfully differentiate the Syngenta product offer from competitive alternatives
  • Establish Syngenta as the leading player in PPM & Vector control segment.
  • Ability to look at markets critically and transform the business
  • Maintain standards & business integrity whilst under pressure to deliver objectives
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop relevant technical and commercial training to support channel

Qualifications

  • Academic level with Bac. Degree (any principle) with 3 years sales & marketing background.
  • Have Strategic thinking
  • Good command of English (verbal and writing)
  • Have working knowledge of Urban Pest management, Turf and ornamental pests will be an added advantage (not critical)
