技術企画渉外部での仕事です。

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • 持続可能農業に対するSyngenta内、日本国内の状況を把握し、当社としての取り組みについて検討し、対応する。
  • 事業継続に係る各種法規制を理解し、前広な対応、助言を適宜行う。
  • 農薬安全使用、適正使用を推進する（Stewardship）。
  • 当社に対する理解者の醸成のための渉外活動、広報・メディア活動を行う。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • SyngentaグローバルのBusiness Sustainability, Communication戦略・方針を理解し、持続可能な農業に対する当社取り組みを、部長とともに立案、実行、支援する。
  • 農薬安全対策、持続的販売に影響を与える規制の変化をいち早く入手し、影響を最小化するための社内コミュニケーションを関係部署と協力して実行する。
  • 現在取り組んでいる持続可能農業に対する当社活動を発展的に実行していく（耕作放棄地のお花畑化プロジェクト等）。
  • 社内外関係者との適切な連絡、協力により、持続可能な取り組みに対する社内理解を進める。
  • 社内開発会議に適宜参画し、製品開発に対する持続可能性についての提案を行う。
  • プリグロックスL安全対策協議会の運営を行うとともに、全農薬安全協議会活動の指導農薬講習会でのパラコート剤の安全指導講師派遣を調整する。
  • 農薬工業会安全対策委員会に参画し、農薬安全使用、適正使用に関する活動を行う。
  • 農業における農薬の重要性に対する理解を得るためのロビー活動を実施する。
  • 当社プレスリリース（製品関連のリリースを除く）を作成し、メディアへの対応を行う。

資格

Critical Experience:

  • 大卒相当の農業・農薬に対する知識、科学知思考
  • 持続的農業、農薬安全指導、行政対応、または広報のいずれかに対しての経験あるいは関心・興味

Critical Skills:

  • 戦略的・科学的思考力、リーダーシップ
  • 協力関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
  • 英語力（読み書きおよびビジネス会話力、TOEIC 700点程度）
  • 日本語はネイティブレベル必須
