About the Role

Syngenta’s IT Business Partnering team for Legal is looking for a “Solutions Architect, Legal” to design, develop, and deliver innovative technology solutions. Define HOW the solution will be built – architecture, integrations, security, scalability. You will lead a small team of developers, work on low-code platforms, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and leverage modern data architectures to meet business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Lead solution design and development using Caspio, Power Apps and other appropriate technologies

· Integrate AI, ML, LLM, and Generative AI into applications.

· Work with DBMS, Databricks, and Data Mesh for data-driven solutions.

· Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.

· Collaborate with Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

· Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in “Computer Engineering”, “AI Engineering”, or related field (preferred).

· 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud architecture, or data engineering, with at least 2 years focused on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

· Proven expertise in architecting and deploying solutions on AWS, with deep knowledge of:

o AWS AI/ML Services: Amazon SageMaker (Studio, Notebooks, Training, Inference Endpoints, Pipelines, Feature Store, Model Monitor), Amazon Textract, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Kendra, Amazon Forecast

o Core AWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Lake Formation.

o DevOps & MLOps: AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).

o Security & Monitoring: IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, KMS.

· Strong programming skills in Python.

· Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

· Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance principles.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

· Passion for technology and continuous learning.
