  • Manage the Omaha site Sharepoint.  This is an interactive, intranet system where all training and documentation for the plant is kept
  • Manage employee plant training.  This will include entering in and tracking all employee departmental training with site training matrix across plant (who is trained, what are the requirements, when does this expire).
  • Prioritize and conduct procedure reviews
  • Follow change management process (MOC) for recommended procedure updates
  • Train site personnel on procedure updates
  • Provide input to Operations Unit Superintendents and Supervisors on procedure efficacy and development
  • Assist Operations team to ensure FPE process is being followed
  • Drive continuous improvement of procedure lifecycle management from creation to archival
  • Head of site records and retention – coordinating the proper tracking and disposal of documents
  • Understands flexibility and responsiveness of people assets at the Omaha site.
  • Ability to work autonomously and seek out best practices to improve process
  • Administrative support for the site: Coordinate various site meeting room availability on calendar, preparing for site presentations, entering plant metrics into spreadsheets for tracking, plant communications and activities (cookouts, retirement parties, etc.)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail at site – includes managing mailroom.
  • Coordinate several site tours annually.  These tours have as many as 100 people.  This will include travel recommendations, busses, tour guides and equipment  
  • Key member of the activities team for Omaha.  The purpose of this committee is for community engagement and plant activities

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  
  • Ability to influence, interact, and relate effectively with diverse personnel and cross-functional departments. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

The Site Support Services Specialist will be accountable for supporting various site services to include employee training management, procedure management, record retention management, and Sharepoint management. This role will also support Site groups’ tracking of site metrics including vacation, overtime and training.
