Site Admin - HR Point of contact

Being part of our Production Site team in Porriño and reporting to the Site Manager you will ensure the administrative and operational management with focus on workforce-related activities in the site, following its strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative support on temporary contracts.
• Administrative support to managers, to recruitment process, and contact with the temporary agency (pull of candidates, contact with the supplier, …) 
• Support to HR function in tasks related to contract activation/deactivations, terminations, and other administration elements related to the Porriño Production Site workforce. 
• Support to HR function and line management in applying the work council agreement and CBA requirements. 
• Organize, coordinate, and give support to new and existing employees' welcome and training on-site.
• Ensure the administrative communication between the site and the HR headquarters (Iberia).
• Special focus on supporting line managers, people-related admin tasks such as: workforce planning, requirements, invoicing with temporary agency, etc.
• Point of contact for permanent seasonal employees.
• Monitoring, control and recording of the training plans related to the production site.

• Experience of minimum 5 years working in HR Administration tasks with focus on labour relations.
• Knowledge about HR activities.
• Excel proficiency.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Data Analytics.
• Networking and collaboration skills.
• SAP and Workday experience is desirable.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• English level B2.
• Portuguese desirable.
