Senior Manager Data Products

Responsibilities

• This is a high visibility position.
• This position will have responsibility of overall delivery of multiple data driven digital products delivered out of the centre.
• Candidate will provide engineering leadership to all data driven products (Integration, ETL, Machine learning etc.) run out of the centre.
• Candidate should manage stakeholders well and connect well to engineering teams.
• He should drive synergies across multiple squads and promote engineering excellence in the squads.

Requirement

• Excellent Spoken and Written Communication Skills.
• Excellent understanding of business.
• Very good technical skills. Expertise in Cloud (AWS preferred). Expertise in managing data related products (ML ops, ETL, Integration etc.) Expertise in one programming language (python preferred)
• Strong knowledge of software engineering processes especially for products related to data. Adept at devops. Ability to deliver high quality products.
• Passionate about work, Hands on, detail oriented, ability to see the big picture.
• Technical degree with more than 12 years’ experience required

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent experience
