Senior Global HR Operations Delivery Specialist

Role purpose:

The job holder actively leads and contributes to small and medium-sized projects, alongside which he/she will be providing key support and structure to several different global HR processes.

Tasks: 

Performance & Talent Management 
-    Global point of contact for the People & Organization Development Center of Excellence (CoE) team
-    Runs yearly global Priority Setting & Year End Review activities across Business Units and acts as the key point of contact for any talent management topic
-    Liaison with the HR Solutions & Systems team to ensure resources are planned for technical cycle improvements 
Employee Listening 
-    Runs employee listening processes together with POD, mainly the global Pulse Survey
-    Become a super user of the tool used and is able to act as the SPOC for HR Operations 
Mentoring 
-    Partner with the Global POD CoE team to deepen the vendor relationship
-    Global point of contact for questions about the Mentoring platform 
-    Support program owners and help with manual data loads through SFTP
Onboarding 
-    Global point of contact for content management across the onboarding platform
Continuous Improvement 
-    Responsible for assessing opportunities to improve our service offering supporting operational processes and leading the improvement activities through to implementation 
-    Responsible for building partnerships with POD CoEs across multiple Business Units to identify end-user and CoE improvements 
Projects
-    Represent the Global HR Operations Delivery Team in global projects with the accountability to set-up a Service & Support Model incl. creating knowledge articles, and training HR Operations & Delivery Centers 
-    Have a strong liaison with the Regional HR Operations Heads to represent their requirements 
Training and education of HR Community  
-    Work closely with your team colleagues to ensure user guides and training materials stay up to date
-    Set-up dedicated webinars to support the recurring training of the global HR community & global HR Operations community 
-    Responsible for supporting the delivery of calls, including preparing materials 

Knowledge, experience & capabilities: 

• Degree in HR or equivalent 
• At least 5 years working experience within HR or relevant field
• Experience with Workday HR modules for the respective processes is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in Excel
• English language skills 
• Experience in working in an international environment 
• Stakeholder management experience & influencing skills 
• Employee listening & employee experience 
• Project Management experience 
• Analytical thinking and data savviness 
• Technical savviness
