We are looking for a skilled Fullstack developer who is proficient in ReactJS and NodeJS, to join our development team.
You will be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery, facilitate requirement analysis, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in JavaScript technologies. Should also have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
You will be working in a fast paced environment which needs great technical as well as communication and documentation skills. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

  • Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code by taking end-to-end ownership of development
  • Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, and integration of products
  • Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
  • Identifying web-based user interactions.
  • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests
  • Mentoring peers and junior developers
  • Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
  • Monitoring and improving performance.
  • Ability to work in an Agile /SCRUM environment
  • Strong team player

Qualifications

  • Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience as a developer
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a ReactJS developer
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a NodeJS developer (additional advantage)
  • Extensive knowledge of core concepts on JavaScript, ES6+ concepts, TypeScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks in relation with ReactJS
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
  • Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, NextJS, Webpack, Redux/Mobx, React Query, Semantic UI / Ant design or similar
  • Database solutions such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo / DynamoDB, etc.
  • Strong in Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Basic knowledge in Cloud concepts preferably AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, S3, Step functions etc.)
  • Experience with user interface design.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Jest, Playwright or Cypress.
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills. Knowledge with RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with tools such as Node.js, NPM/Yarn, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization and writing clean/maintainable code.
  • Basic understanding to deployments and CICD pipelines.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Experience with code versioning tools like GIT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
