Senior Executive Production

Role Purpose
This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on the designated shift, as well as plant HSE. Additionally, he/she is accountable for ensuring that the scheduled production is completed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters, and for achieving the agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure full compliance of HSEQ, BLA 2006, Syngenta Code of Practice at shopfloor and enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Guide and motivate production team to deliver regular and exceptional works
• Ensure on time management reporting, SAP transactions, participating team meetings
• Ensure departmental KPI (P,Q,C,D,S,M) are met month on month
• Driving Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement and SMART Manufacturing programs
• Prepare, monitor and control the departmental budget
• Lead the departmental capacity enhancement, Infrastructure Improvement, HSEQ improvement projects as assigned
• Assist maintenance and overhauling activities, Ensure autonomous maintenance for production machinery
• Assist production planning and guide production team to achieve goals
• Establish Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with Syngenta protocol
• Investigate and root cause analysis for all HSEQ incidents
• Manage production team’s Leave, OT, Expense claims on time
• Work with Line Manager to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule
• Any other task assigned by management

Experience & Education

• A university degree in Engineering (Preferably in ME/IPE/EEE/ChE)
• 3-4 years of experience in the fastmoving Manufacturing field
• ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 MS Certification will be added advantage

Essential

• Willing to work in shift operation
• Knowledge in HSE management systems
• Operational Knowledge on SAP
• Methodical and rigorous work habits (safety and quality driven while focused on productivity)
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
