To provide HR partnership to regional leadership teams of Seeds Production & Supply and Research & Development; HR support to critical areas of leading change, ensure successful implementation of the Seeds Strategy in the region, drive the people agenda in line with the regional needs.

Responsibilities/main tasks:

  • Partner with the regional leaders and their leadership teams to deliver the business and people strategy, coach individuals and teams on people matters such as talent management, people development, performance management, reward and recognition, inclusive leadership and engagement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Leaders to ensure leadership effectiveness in teams and development of key talents,
  • Advise and support leaders on people related topics for change and transformation projects, acting as HR stream lead of projects through HR teams,
  • Support leaders on people data analytics to drive the right decision making: people costs, org effectiveness and D&I KPIs, People BPR culture,
  • Partner with leaders on strategic hiring and Talent scouting for the more strategic roles,
  • Support leaders creating a culture of customer centricity, inclusion and diversity; enhancing onboarding/role transition experience,
  • Support leaders developing functional capabilities to increase their org effectiveness,
  • Drive the execution of people processes of the global functions with the EAME HR community. Coordinate and align from region perspective the HR activities in country,
  • Proactively represent EAME in the Global HR community and represent R&D and P&S in the EAME community.

Qualifications

  • BA degree,
  • Significant experience as HR Business Partner in complex multinational environment across multiple geographies
  • Understanding of Human Resources processes and ability to shift culture from process to outcome-based behaviors,
  • Understanding of the Seeds business ambition, structure, culture and capability to contribute to the successful execution of the Seeds strategy,
  • Leadership skills: ability to navigate the matrix in HR and the business as a single contributor, navigating complexity while ensuring a strong execution,
  • Advanced project management skills, together with collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills,
  • Skillful coach: able to balance challenge and support when coaching leaders and employees,
  • Excellent team player, open-minded and collaborative,
  • Successful track record of implementing Human Resources initiatives that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of an organization,
  • Fluent communication in English is a must, a second language is desirable.

Additional Information

Employment: full-time

Contract: Maternity cover for approximately 1,5 years
