For our Crop Protection division in Warsaw affiliate we are currently looking for a 

Sales Effectiveness and CRM Senior Specialist

Role purpose: 

Sales Effectiveness and CRM Senior Specialist is a part of our Market Intelligence & Sales Effectiveness Central Europe team within Syngenta Crop Protection.

The aim of this role is to contribute to commercial strategies definition and implementation in order to drive commercial performance. The successfully hired person will be accountable for monitoring marketing strategy implementation at sales force level and will create necessary tools to support sales teams across Poland and Baltic countries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing relevant data to help identify commercial strategies 
  • Preparing reports, analysis, and tools to support monitoring of sales and campaigns
  • Ensuring effective use of CRM by Sales team to maximize sales through trainings, monitoring of KPIs, regular reporting and improvement recommendations
  • Working closely with management to establish strategies, plans and individual projects to properly manage and use customer data for marketing and sales purposes
  • Participating and contributing to campaign activities (e.g. customer analysis, segmentation, supervision of tool preparation)
  • Developing and setting up Sales Incentive Plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Finance/IT/ Statistics or other related field
  • 2 years+ of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or CRM project management
  • Experience working with Sales team and CRM data
  • Commercial drive & customer understanding
  • Excellent analytical capabilities & attention to detail
  • Passion for problem-solving, curiosity for challenging problems
  • Experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
  • Upper-intermediate English
