Purpose:

Collaborate with business stakeholders across the world to understand their commercial processes and transform them into scalable solutions using our major commercial platforms, particularly Salesforce.

Key Activities:

  • Lead requirement discussions and workshops with the business to define sales-related processes at the country, regional, and global level, and drive solution design.
  • Advise the business on best practices and streamline requirements across different countries.
  • Create and refine user stories, able to map the business processes and create customer journey map
  • Define project plan, provide project costs estimates and manage the project from an end-to-end perspective
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify integration points with other systems.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, including managing and directing the delivery team on a project.
  • Provide transparent project updates and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Work with the business to measure the value delivered by the solutions and identify areas for process and tool improvement.
  • Keep abreast of technological developments to suggest, plan, and execute creative solutions.

Complexity:

  • Manage sales automation capabilities implementation in strategic platform
  • Manage business stakeholders from various business units and at different level of the organization (Sales Management, Marketing, also IT management...)

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in project management and CRM project implementation.
  • Knowledge and certification in Agile methodology and project management.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, and a strong desire to quickly learn more about Salesforce and other commercial platforms.
  • Possesses 5-7+ years of IT experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in SFDC technology as a solution designer/solution consultant/business analyst/CRM manager.
  • Fluent in English, which is the working language.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technology teams.

  • Knowledge of other commercial platforms
  • Business background
  • Skilled in analyzing and simplifying complex problems and effectively communicating trade-offs, resulting in practical solutions.
  • Excellent network building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Hold at least one consultant/developer certification in Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
