Sales Admin Officer

• The role of Sale admin is crucial in effectively implementing and managing the rebate settlement process for dealer of Direct Sale channel (DRS).
• Handling contracts, trading terms and the annual target letter.
• Record the operational expenses of the sales team and make respective analysis based on assigned sales budget and cost of sales per sales unit.
• Providing template and managing documents for promotion expense for dealers. Ensuring that all promotion and rebates expenses have the nessecary evidence as per requirement.
• Assist the Sales team in requesting/ raising PO and dispatching POSM, management of transportation.
• Providing agile and proactive support to the sales team in their operational task, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Act as the key point of contact between the sales team and cross functional department, facilitating smooth communication and collobaration.
• Sale admin is crucial in effectively implementing and managing the rebate settlement process for dealer of Direct Sale channel (DRS) fully and on time.
• Validate the sales data for supporting the rebate calculation to make sure all the data is consistent and accurate.
• Responsible for handle contracts, tradding term and target letter. Following the tax policies and regulations.
• Be in charger in providing and managing all evidence and documents properly.
• Record the operational expenses of the sales team and make respective analysis based on assigned sales budget and cost of sales per sales unit.
• Assist the Sales team in requesting/ raising PO and dispatching POSM, management of transportation.
• Records all operational expenses of the sales team and timely report.
• To consolidate the distributors’ database, key influencers and creating reports.
• Annouce new or changed product prices to dealers and sales team.
• Be the key point of contact and provice operational support for the sales team.

• Bachelor’s Degree with similar background
• Excellent computer skills. Keen on adapting software application: SAP, SFDC
• Communicate English
• Ability to work closely with RSM/SE
• Good communication both internal and external at all levels to ensure the messages are delivered properly
• Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity.
