  • Update and report for BTL / Event / Campaign data. Consolidate and keep track on planning and implementation of field campaign activities, field days, farmers meetings
  • Provide sales analysis to assist Market Development Manager to monitor the overall achievement of sales target for each of particular sales areas
  • Record the operational expenses of the MD team
  • Consolidate & tracking POSM / sample / leaflet…
  • Register trade promotion with the Ministry of Industry and Trade
  • Records all operational expenses of the sales team and timely report
  • Support the Field team to make sure all the promotion materials are supplied timely
  • Coordinate with Field team on different aspect as: Merchandising, Syngenta Corner , Internal survey, Technical advice ...
  • To consolidate the distributors’ database, key influencers and creating reports
  • Register trade promotion with the Ministry of Industry and Trade
  • Others admin task

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills. Familiar with software application
  • Analysis skills
  • English
  • Ability to work closely with MD Manager & leader
  • Abilities to work effectively with partners and customers
  • Good communication both internal and external at all levels to ensure the messages are delivered properly
  • Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
  • Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity.
  • Require frequent travelling
