  • Support of monthly S&OP cycle process including data consolidation and analytics
  • Support of monitoring business performance and S&OP decisions & actions execution
  • Support annual business planning processes
  • Participation in development of Integrated Business Planning process (including Pre-S&OP and S&OP) in alignment with overall operational management
  • Participation in development of systems and tools to increase transparency and efficiency of decision-making processes and simplify operations
  • Consolidate Commercial & Supply data for Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process. Proactively collaborate cross-functionally to collect appropriate input for effective decision-making process
  • Provide the set of standard reports for the different levels of organization to drive sales performance. Ensure the same set of data being used for decision-making across various function
  • Support an annual business planning process (provide appropriate data and analytics)
  • Propose improvements in monitoring performance and business outlook, including development and tracking of relevant reports and KPI’s and proactively participate in the implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share and learn best practices being applied within Syngenta

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning & forecasting
  •  Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles,
  •  Knowledge of Production and Supply Processes, Product range
  •  Understanding of customer and market requirements
  • 1-3 years in planning & forecasting or related role (logistics),
  • Experience with MRP/ERP 3 systems, SAP, SFDC, 1C
  • Advanced user of Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Team-space, Microsoft office
  • Critical and systems thinking, the ability to analyse complex information and data, identify and summarize key factors and the most important areas
  • Understanding the importance of data consistency and the ability to cross-check it
  • Result oriented and customer focused
  • Able to deliver under pressure
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-regional environment
  • Ability to think beyond borders (out of the box)
  • The ablity to deliver targeted results in time
  • The ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
  • Higher technical and/or engineering education is preferable
  • Fluent English is an advantage
