We're looking for an enthusiastic Intern in Process Technology (m/f/d) to support our Crop Protection Process Research and Development team. You'll be involved in various projects related to developing cost-efficient manufacturing processes for crop protection products, including organic synthesis and catalysis. Gain valuable experience in process development and optimization while contributing to sustainable solutions for global food security.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the team in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for crop protection products.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify new synthetic routes
  • Development of new synthetic methodologies
  • Work with the team to identify cost reduction and process optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for the team and management.

Qualifications

  • Student in a PhD program in organic chemistry with a strong academic record. Deep understanding and passion for organic synthesis and catalysis
  • Savvy in standard analytical techniques such as NMR, LCMS, GCMS for side product identifications
  • Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in English. German is a plus
