We are currently looking for a Regulatory Documentation Specialist in our headquarter in Basel, Switzerland. In this role you will facilitate output of Crop Protection (CP) Global Regulatory by effectively contributing to specific delivery activities of a team of Regulatory Specialists. In particular, support the worldwide CP Regulatory organisation by providing appropriate certificate documentations and Letters of Access.

Accountabilities

  • Support the Global Regulatory Portfolio Teams by working with a team of Global Regulatory Specialists and contribute to deliver the following accountabilities:
    • Preparation of appropriate Regulatory certificates in response to specific requests by country Regulatory
    • Help to resolve country issues around certificates
    • Help to cover other documentation activities
    • Issuing appropriate Letters of Access in response to specific requests by Marketing, country Regulatory or 3rd parties
  • Provide support to all members of the Global Regulatory CP Department as required

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Matura (or International Baccalaureate, Abitur) or University degree
  • Preferably some working experience in Product Registration or similar department preparing documentation
  • Competent user of MS Windows and standard office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of data management and processes
  •  Ability to work within and contribute to cross-functional teams
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and preferably having some skills in a further language
