Role purpose

  • Regional HR BP will provide end-to-end strategic HR partnership to CP Marketing including Sustainability,
  • IT & Digital and CP Production & Supply for AMEA. This role will serve as a critical partner on the business leadership team to lead and define our people agenda in region. As a trusted partner to the
  • Business, this role will co-create and implement people strategies to achieve with CP Marketing incl. Sustainability, IT & Digital and CP P&S teams.
  • The role is responsible for leading all HR aspects to the functions mentioned above whilst also partnering with key HR resources at a country and regional CoE level for a consistent employee experience. This role is also member of the Regional (AMEA) HR leadership team.

Key priorities:

  • Provides end-to-end strategic HR partnership to the Business and be a critical partner to business and regional leadership teams
  • Co-shape people agenda at regional level
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Business, implement people strategies in the countries by working with respective HR Heads
  • Utilize business understanding to influence leaders & deploy people solutions addressing business challenges
  • Provide best in class employee experience and drive positive change on ground. To be the connection between global, regional and local HR to guarantee a consistent people and HR delivery approach

Role Accountabilities

  • Lead all HR Priorities for Business in the Region and is responsible for making HR decisions for CP Marketing incl. Sustainability, IT & Digital and CP P&S regional team.
  • Active member of the leadership team of the said businesses & of the AMEA region HRLT
  • Partner with the regional leaders and their respective leadership teams to design the translation of the business strategy into people and organization initiatives and solutions focusing on building an effective organization with engaged employees ready to deliver on short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Coach and challenge regional leaders to develop the organizational capabilities and culture as well

as resources required to enable delivery of their business strategy, and to provide coaching and

feedback to ensure the development of their leadership effectiveness.

· Develop a customer-oriented mindset and culture, as well as relevant capabilities to support the

business.

· As a representative of the region in global teams, ensure a strong contribution and input to Global

HR, collaborating closely with global HRBPs and COEs.

· Contribute to the establishment of a culture of ethics and compliance in the regional organization.

· Be a trusted advisor to the stakeholders while being an dependable employee advocate

Qualifications

  • Business acumen and clear understanding on the HR impact
  • Track record of HR business partnering experience in multi-national, complex organisations, ability to navigate a complex business and HR matrix with at least 10-15 years of experience as a Business Partner.
  • A breadth of HR experience across several HR disciplines, with specific experience in talent management & organization development
  • Successful track record of implementing Business transformation as well as Human Resources initiatives that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Strong ability to translate the business ambition and 5ypl into org structures, leadership styles, culture and capabilities to contribute to the successful execution of the business strategy
  • Leadership skills: ability to influence in a complex & ambiguous environment, demonstrates high levels of collaboration, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent coaching skills: Strong track record as a people manager and building organizational capabilities.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
  • Diplomacy and ability to remain objective when dealing with sensitive cross-cultural cases
  • Experience working across geographies
