Recruitment Intern

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Recruitment team by assisting with the selection process.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

• Reviewing CVs, scheduling and conducting phone screenings
• Organizing interviews and language checks
• Supporting the selection process and keeping contact with candidates
• Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Recruitment related administration

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Ongoing studies at any Hungarian university/college
• Available at least 25 hours per week
• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service or other client-facing positions
• At least upper-intermediate English (in writing and verbally as well) and fluent Hungarian language skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-driven attitude
• Willingness to learn
