The Syngenta Planning & Operations VEG team seeks for the full-time position of:

 

Quality Process Specialist

 

Type: Permanent

Department: Planning & Operations VEG

Location: Enkhuizen (NL)

 

Into Action

As our Quality Process Specialist you have a focus on our regional scope (EAME) where you will analyze, maintain and report on all quality related processes and systems within the Planning and Operations departments Vegetables, such as document management, non-conformities, audits, reporting and management reviews. You will be responsible for the coordination of reporting to inform senior management and stakeholders about the status and progress about operational activities within Planning & Operations VEG. Besides you will support team members in projects where appropriate and approved.

 

The Challenge

In this role you will focus on the quality processing: Long list, Non-conformities, Customer Complaints and Audits. You will manage and coordinate the follow up and key tasks and analyze and give feedback on the corrective actions taken and reporting to the correct departments in alignment with the VEG Quality organization. Besides you will work on process improvement where you will focus on achieving structural correction proposals in various processes and making and supporting recommendations and implementing process improvements. Performance Measurement will be part of your job as well where you will collect and report the process indicators for the performance and control of the Non-conformity process on a monthly bases. You will be organizing and coordinating the department management team with the creation, implementation and reporting of specific department performance indicators and reports. Last but not least, you will coordinate the Planning & Operations reports and Management reviews where you will initiate and coordinate yearly Management Review.


Qualifications

Your Profile

You have a quality mindset and have a passion for continuous improvement and driving change in an organization. Preferably you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You are an effective and excellent communicator in both Dutch and English and it’s in your nature to work structured. In this role it is expected that you are able to travel internationally a few times per year. For now this role has a regional focus. The intention is to enlarge the scope to a global focus in the future.
