About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Quality Process Analyst to Support a portfolio of delivery areas in Quality Management.  You will maintain processes and data owned by Quality and provide technical expertise to the function and wider organization. As part of the role you will analyze business needs to identify the requirements for change or improvements to processes and tools while supporting fundamental changes of processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve effectiveness and quality. Another key element of the role will be to measure performance and drive improvements in the deployment of the QMS elements.

You will be accountable for:

  • Maintain and improve known methods, products, procedures and systems.
  • Analyse, solve, and improve the processes associated with those delivery areas assigned by the Manager.
  • Identify changing business needs that may lead to the requirement for change or improvements to processes.
  • Maintain a network of subject matter experts within Global Quality and the wider organization.
  • Ensure training materials for use by the GQ function to deploy the QMS are provided and maintained. Train the trainers. Ensure understanding of the requirements of the delivery area are understood and the organization can become and remain compliant.
  • Support the implementation of the QMS elements by ensuring a comprehensive gap analysis and implementation plan is developed and delivered.
  • Derive KPIs for the QMS and measure performance and put in place improvements.
  • Maintain specialist knowledge and awareness related to delivery areas assigned.
  • Provide appropriate support to the audit process.
  • Improve client experience through service excellence and increase value-add of the function.

Qualifications

Skillset required for the role.

  • To be seen as a quality expert and able to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate a network of subject matter experts and influence positive outcomes.
  • To think end to end and manage cross-functional processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces across functional boundaries.
  • 5 years+ experience in manufacturing or R&D organization with quality management and continuous improvement culture.
  • SAP (gSAP).
  • Auditor, project manager and/or incident investigator experience is desirable.
  • Excellent command of English. Other languages would be a distinct advantage.
  • Batchelor Degree in Chemistry / Biology / Agronomy (or similar discipline)
  • Expert knowledge of QM systems and tools (SAP)
  • Knowledge of CP product range, Quality Management System procedures, CropLife, ISO 9001, root cause analysis, etc. within Syngenta is an advantage.
  • Certified Quality Auditor desirable
  • Good knowledge in project management.
