Project Admin Assistant

Role Purpose

• To support and manage New Farming Ecosystem (NFE) project activities and planning
• To coordinate NFE meetings, events
• To support senior leaders in travel and schedule planning (including hotel & flight bookings)
• To support business teams in events planning and ad hoc business activities

Accountabilities

• Support business teams in organizing/managing workshops, training, conferences, business meetings and product launch events
• Coordinate project planning and tracking of NFE projects – work closely with countries
• Support the Crop Protection Leadership Team in diary management, travel planning and expense claims
• Help coordinate NFE team’s activities in the onboarding of new staff and inbound transferee on admin-related
• Create Purchase Orders and perform service entry in the system for business teams

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

• Diploma/Degree in any business courses or equivalent
• Fresh diploma/degree graduates with matching attributes and internship experience in a corporate setting are welcomed
• Effective communication skills
• Open to challenges and eager to learn new things
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Computer/tech savvy
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Self-disciplined
• Good work ethics
• Be able to work under stress at times (e.g. during events)

• Please note that this role will start off as a 1-year contract
