Production Team Leader

• Together with shift supervisor to arrange head count for production properly and effectively
• Supervise to ensure HSE (PPE compliance) and 5S / housekeeping activities practices are followed. Encourage operator to report safety observation (unsafe behavior, unsafety working condition, unsafety equipment and near-miss
• Responsible for scope of “Occupational safety and officer” during working shift
• Supervise to ensure “quality control” practices are followed during working shift (Control quality from receiving raw material until Finished product is delivered to warehouse)
• Supervise to ensure “Control process parameters” practices are followed, and product quality is controlled within specification.
• Together with shift supervisor to ensure maximize output and minimum loss rate and delay
• Supervise activities of changeover and taking test sample following SOP/WI
• Supervise to ensure “QA documents related to Bulk / packaging are checked” before starting production order
• Responsible for checking and recording condition of Machine – equipment during working shift then working with E&M to make a plan of maintenance accordingly and timely.
• Coach and supervise operator to do maintenance (AM), waste reduction and machine efficiency improvement
• Together with supervisor to make training plan for operator
• Responsible for giving training for new operators
• Supervise to ensure “Production documents are recorded fully” during production
• Together with supervisor implement “Continuous Improvement program”
• Responsible for conveying information from production manager / supervisors to operation team
• Join meeting of investigating issue of EHS, Quality, customer complaint and machine issue
• Together with supervisor and process engineer to update “SOP” when being process change
• Join activities of trial run and recording machine / process parameters when being new project
• Together with supervisor to control activities of shutdown / start-up for production shopfloor
• Other working tasks will be assigned by supervisors

• Graduated from middle-ranking and up
• At least 1 year experience in production at the same position
• Know how to arrange task and to check data
• Training skills, instruction skills, cooperation and discipline
• Good competency on people supervising, machine, process
• Hard working, good capability in trouble shooting and partial problem solving
• Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity
