- Lead defined pricing activities ensuring proper price and commercial incentives setting prior to the season, monitoring implementation and adopting within the season and evaluating after the season
- Coordinate preparation, analysis and monitoring of the execution of all Mediterranean countries’ (Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Palestine, Albania and Kosovo) tailor made commercial policy
- Provide support on key commercial business processes (e.g. Budget, 5 Year Plan and market research) ensuring timely and high-quality completion
- Develop simplified excel based tools for Marketing team and Sales representatives with data needed to facilitate their customer facing negotiations and visits
- The selected candidate will closely collaborate with Marketing & Technical Head, Sales Head, and Finance department

Qualifications
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business /MSc in Marketing/Finance or MBA appreciated
- Demonstrated experience in Pricing, Business Analysis
- Advanced excel skills
- SAP and Microsoft Access knowledge will be an asset
- Advanced Greek and English
Critical skills
- Proven analytical skills and capacity to handle large set of data
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet multitasking deadlines with high quality results
Soft Skills
- Agronomic background will be a plus
- Collaborative spirit
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Execution and results orientation
Additional Information
