Planning Process Lead - Crop Protection

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Crop Protection Planning Process Lead to join our global Strategy and Planning team offering multiple opportunities to collaborate with and learn from colleagues and peers across the globe. You will lead the execution and continuous improvement of selected portfolio management processes and tools as part of the global Crop Protection Marketing Planning cycle. You will be responsible for driving and/or coordinating effective and well-orchestrated yearly processes in the areas of long-term marketing planning, product portfolio reviews, range rationalization, and other. The Crop Protection Planning Process Lead will work closely with key marketing planning roles and colleagues from other functions such as Production & Supply from around the world.

The role will involve identifying process improvement opportunities and presenting solution proposals to senior management to secure support and drive the implementation of improvements and change management. Additionally, you will contribute to selected projects in the Crop Protection Strategy and Business Development team.

Qualifications and required experience

  • Highly experienced in Planning and Process management roles with the ability to assess and drive efficient processes across complex, global organisations.
  • Experience with managing projects of significant complexity and large number of (senior) stakeholders, often with different priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with an ability to relay complex information in a clear and simple manner to a varied audience, across a variety of platforms and regions.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and change management effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel on an ad-hoc basis when required.

Additional Information

The preference is for the role to be based in Manchester or Fulbourn, but we will consider other locations in Europe within a time zone that is within a two-hour range of CET (Central European Time). There will be ad-hoc travel across Europe.
