You will be the part of our Payment Factory Team, which is new age payments technology set-up in connection with Central Finance. This team helps digitalization and standardization of payment processing, setting up payments and bank communication management in SAP S/4 HANA and also manages payments-on-behalf-of (POBO).

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Management of Bank Account Management tool (open/modify/close bank account, maintain business and technical data)
  • Active usage of Cash Management tool (collect, upload bank statements and follow up on errors, update the tool with FI/ IHB data, check cash position, liquidity forecast)
  • Authorize & monitor payment file release to banks, resolve issues around outstanding payments
  • Liaise with Banking Partners and Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules (internal and external) in the service and bank
  • In-House Banking (IHB) Management – Bank Reconciliations, IHB account maintenance, Monitoring of I/C settlements
  • Close cooperation with the Invoice To Pay teams

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Degree/diploma in commerce, accounting or finance or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or a related role
  • Good understanding of Payments processes and/or treasury operations
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, SIC/EUROSIC and SAP systems is an asset
  • Ability to work independently, to take informed decisions and determine priorities
  • Autonomous, reliable, diligent and attentive to detail
