Order to Cash Operations Lead

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Accountabilities

• Ensure that objectives of the area are achieved.
• Ensure and maintain high quality service to the territory considering end to end impacts (from sales order release to cash application).
• Ensure that O2C reports on time and accurately in month end close.
• Owns one specific O2C process and manages the resources to keep processes aligned and sustain delivery.
• Maintain direct and respectful contact with countries.
• Ensure the team has the needed resources to achieve its goals.
• Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls (Example: SOX).
• Interact with TFCM and ARM as the main point of contact.

Essential for this position:

• Account or degree in financial carriers.
• Previous experience of minimum 6 years with similar roles and decision making.
• Leadership experience or proved capabilities.
• Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt) with knowledge administrating complex customers statements.
• Experience in financial analysis such as cashflow preparation, financial KPIs.
• Experience in understanding and analyzing client's financial statements.
• Resilience and stability.
• Fosters diversity and inclusion.
• Fluent English speaking and comprehension.

Desirable qualifications:

• SAP experience.
• Experience working with different finance teams in a given geography with an active role.
• Active role with business in key decision such as credit line definition and overdue clients managing.
• MBA degree.
