Syngenta Italia is looking for an highly motivated Omnichannel Marketing Communication Associate for the division Crop Protection. The candidate, part of the Omnichannel Marketing Communication team, will be in a fluid and dynamic context, supporting the design and ensuring efficient/effective coordination and execution of the Marketing Communication activities, events and campaigns towards the target groups - within the assigned products/solutions/crops - throughout an omnichannel approach (traditional + digital).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute in defining, planning and implementing the Marketing Communications activities for the assigned Crops, in line with the portfolio strategy and business targets.
  • Develop the contents and drive the production and diffusion of relevant communication touchpoints (eg. literature, advertising/media plan, brochures, displays, tradeshows, events and digital communication tools) for products, services, solutions and special business initiatives, in order to enable delivery to customers using the adequate mix of traditional and digital media.
  • Deal with internal stakeholders and external agency resources to ensure messages are consistent with enterprise, brand and market objectives/strategies
  • Follow all steps of events organization – both traditional and digital – aiming to support product campaigns.
  • Actively contribute to internal and external diffusion of assigned Marketing Communication projects and activities through various touchpoints (including Social Media and internal channels).
  • Follow up the administrative process related to the budget assigned, via proper use of the company’s tool.
  • Ensure that the product information complies with corporate standards and guidelines and with the updated official registration indications, in alignment with Marketing Team and other functions (Regulatory, Corporate Communication, Legal)
  • Ensure efficient spend on external resources, services, tools and media – monitoring budget - in order to make the best usage to gain results

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • University degree in marketing/communication.
    • Around 2-3 years of related experience with a successful track record in a major and structured multinational company.
    • Fluent English and Italian.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills, together with familiarity with the use and learning of new technologies and Social Media
    • Proactivity in personal contribution to team and business objectives

    Soft skills

    • Self-motivation, agile mindset, business acumen, innovative thinking, experimentation and passion to deliver great results.
    • Being open to daily learning in the agriculture and crop protection environment.
    • Strong orientation to teamwork and problem-solving
    • Flexibility and adaptability to deal with areas out of “comfort zone”

    Additional Information

    • 1 year contract. From May 2024 - to May 2025
