Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in agricultural sustainability assessments
- PhD or Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, or related discipline
- Global corporate experience supporting regional businesses
- Proven track record in climate, water, and biodiversity initiatives
- Mastery of environmental analysis tools (Cool Farm Tool, Roth-C model)
- Life Cycle Assessment expertise at farm level
- Advanced knowledge of agricultural emissions modeling
- Deep understanding of agricultural emissions and mitigation strategies
- Expertise in carbon sequestration methodologies
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices optimization and proficiency in environmental certification standards
- Demonstrated global stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to quality and detail and solid analytical skills and pragmatic mindset
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge status quo
- Fluent oral and written communications skills in English
