Role Purpose:

  • Ensure successful local implementation (campaign planning, creation, roll-out, measurement) of strategies and share best practices to execute all digital marketing, CRM, social media etc. in line with DACH.
  • Plan and implement the digital strategy for the Swiss market including new digital application technologies.
  • Enhance the customer experience by delivering best-in-class personalized digital marketing experiences to our customers through digital campaigns and projects.
  • Responsible for data management on the sales software.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of the annually published print material (guidebook, technical leaflets, and flyers)
  • Lead the implementation of the digital marketing strategy for the Swiss market, including operational management of the corresponding channels and media.
  • Boost the impact of digital campaigns and optimize digital channels to increase awareness in the Swiss market and optimize spend through smarter use of digital opportunities.
  • Measure, track, and report on the performance of all digital media campaigns and evaluate them against the objectives and KPIs.
  • Mainly responsible for the successful management and further development of the sales software of the field sales force in cooperation with the IT department
  • Dealing and collaborating with internal teams, local contacts, and agencies.
  • Support in event management in the CH market - especially in the digital area
  • Support Head Marketing for Switzerland in various projects

 


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • English fluent, German native, French conversational
  • Completed studies (university/technical college) in the field of marketing with a focus on digital marketing & communication or a comparable completed apprenticeship.
  • Intitial years of experience in a marketing function with a focus on digital marketing desirable.
  • Experience in the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns based on KPI's.
  • Experience in using current software and tools such as Windows, MS Office, CRM, Smartsheet etc.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of digital marketing campaign planning and execution.
  • Analytical mindset and knowledge of using systems and tools to solve problems.
  • Good understanding of SEO and SEA marketing and web analytics tools.
  • Good knowledge of image and video editing.
