Marketing Communications Lead

• Serve as the primary communication lead for the Western Commercial Unit. Provide marketing support for sales teams, integrate national communications into Western customer campaigns, and help develop local communications for products with minimal National Coverage.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to customers (advertising, technical collateral, tradeshows, etc.). Ensure the Syngenta brand is presented effectively, consistently, and aligned with global brand standards.
• Optimize the customer experience through creative, differentiated, and impactful online approaches, enhancing customers’ perception of Syngenta as an innovative, collaborative and trusted partner.
• Plan, coordinate and execute customer and Syngenta meetings, events, and activities.
• Provide general administrative support, manage expense budgets, and assist with projects as needed for the Western Commercial Unit.
• This role will be in the Roseville, CA office, with approximately 20% travel in the Western CU.

• B.S. degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in the agriculture industry, marketplace dynamics and customer communication.
• Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, and ability to learn and use new technology systems.
• Have exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and experience with a variety of communication and collaboration tools.
• You bring creative new ideas and thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.

The salary for this position is $65,600 - $98,400.
