In Action

You will be responsible for translating the product, brand, and concept portfolio into clear and compelling product communications that highlight the benefits. This role aims to drive the growth of Syngenta Flowers, promote products to customers/markets, and generate compelling stories and activation programs in key markets based on unique selling points and proof points from supporting technical traits. You will work across all EAME markets for assigned crops, requiring a broad knowledge of key market dynamics and the management of numerous stakeholders.

 

The Challenge

You will independently develop marketing activation strategies for assigned crops, brands, and concepts to drive customer adoption, collaborating with communications, sales, and retail teams. You will drive customer adoption activities such as webinars, success stories, and social media engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to future-proof product strategy by preparing marketing activities for upcoming product launches, ensuring key stakeholders understand product positioning and unique value propositions. You will also develop, drive, and support central and local tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive sales, provide relevant content for social media and websites, and manage external agencies.

Location: De Lier, Netherlands

Optional:  Kleve, Germany


Qualifications

The Profile

Strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in at least one other main flowers EU language, preferably Dutch or German, are essential. You will lead, develop, and review annual activation plans, own and track product activation budgets, and maintain close interface and alignment with key commercial functions such as global marketing, product managers, and sales managers. Brand and concept management, annual brand reviews, and collaboration with key customers and partners will also be part of the role. Preferably you have 3-5 years experience in a similar role and are in the possession of a Bachelor Degree in Communications/Marketing or a comparable studies.
