Manager Strategic Alliance

Role Summary

Corporate Sales Manager will lead the sales portfolio of entire range of products, including but not limited to, Technical AI, Formulations and Raw material used for the direct or indirect production of Agrochemicals. This role will include the management of existing accounts and the creation of new accounts and their management through a proper blend of product and services, as and when necessary to guide the business.

KRA

DESCRIPTION

Budgeting

• Customer based planning for Technical and P2P products
• Product based planning for Technical and P2P products

Forecasting

• Monthly Forecasting of Sales and Collection of different Assets at disposal

Operations

• Regular Offering, Sales and Day to Day Sales & Collection Management

Business Development

• Customer Base Enhancement
• Portfolio Expansion

Customer Service

• Provide regular Market outlook through inhouse resources and Information available from external resources

MIS

• Gather, Analyze and Use the Competitive information at Market level to increase Sales and Profitability
• Keep the update on China and other source related information while planning and execution

• MBA or Masters

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales of Agrochemicals.
• Exposure of Institutional business will have an added advantage

• Knowledge of Agrochemicals and Agrochemical companies
• High level of Sales Skill
• Fluent communication to manage customers with high profiles
• Good skills in Excel and Presentation
