  • Learn about New Farming Ecosystem and Business Development activities and be a future asset for the organization
  • Support respective team along with the Head of NFE &N BD with participating the strategy development and implementation.
  • Support to introduce new ideas for the function relevant profitable for growers, aligned to functional and emotional grower needs, and further strengthen the leadership position of Syngenta and Centrigo in Indonesia agri market

Accountabilities:

  • Learning and Development: Engage in a specific training program to understand the organization’s policies, procedures, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through different functions within the department to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, such as Business Development, KAM, Finance, Brand and Communication.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate on projects under the guidance of seniors, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to agricultural processes, market trends, and financial performance to support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams to understand workflows, foster collaboration, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
  • Problem Solving: Develop problem-solving skills by addressing challenges and proposing solutions within the NFE & BD context.
  • Decision Support: Provide support to management in decision-making processes, offering insights gained through training and experience.
  • Communication: Enhance communication skills through interactions with team members, supervisors, and potentially internal-external stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Depending on the company, engage with customers or clients to understand their needs and preferences, contributing to customer relationship management.
  • Adaptability: Develop adaptability and resilience by navigating through diverse tasks and responsibilities, preparing for potential future leadership roles within the department.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Learn and adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices relevant to the agricultural sector.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation to enhance the overall effectiveness of agricultural operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with max. 2 years working experience
  • Leadership experiences through being part of organizations and managing events
  • Excellent skills in English, communications, presentation, data statistics, analytics, MS Office and digital platforms.
