  • Support Brand Manager to manage the existing brands and prepare for new product introductions
  • Support Brand Manager to create and implement brand strategies, developing value proposition and creative key visual and brand story
  • Support to introduce new technology to growers, aligned to functional and emotional grower needs, and further strengthen the leadership position of Syngenta in the Indonesia agriculture market

Accountabilities

  • Support Brand Manager to Create brand plans, campaign strategies and achieve growth ambitions
  • Manage end to end cross-functional activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of brand objectives.
  • Support brand manager Introduce new technology and innovation to the portfolio and launch to the targeted growers segment.
  • Support brand manager to develop A&P plans and co-ordinate implementation with the Campaign Team and creative agencies.
  • Support to create pricing analysis, pricing strategy and channel strategy, aligned with overall marketing objectives for each brand.
  • Conduct Focus Group Discussion with customer to understand customer satisfaction on certain brands and strengthen Syngenta branding position.
  • Analysis market data/ competitive situation and support decision based on fact and data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with max. 2 years working experience
  • Leadership experiences through being part of organizations and managing events
  • Excellent skills in English, communications, presentation, data statistics, analytics, MS Office and digital platforms
  • Has crop and product knowledge is a plus point
  • Attention to detail and able to condense and communicate complex information
