Management Trainee Commercial Sales

• Demand creation planning and  drive execution on the field to increase Syngenta Market share in the key rice area in the region
• Lead business and market development in the region (Market Potential vs Team Coverage, Channel Distribution Strategy, Farmer’s Insight on Effective Campaign Activities)

Accountabilities 

• Understand Syngenta’s business and operation in district level
• Works closely with Syngenta commercial team in district to understand how to develop sales and market share of Syngenta products
• Help and assist key growers on agronomy and crop protection solutions from Syngenta products
• Organize official demo, farmers meeting, trainings, field days and other pull activities/events according to the specific needs
• Time allocation :  50% in growers/influencers and 50% in channel

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with max. 2 years working experience
• Leadership experiences through being part of organizations and managing events
• Excellent skills in English, communications, presentation, data statistics, analytics, MS Office and digital platforms
• Interest to understand market dynamics and competitive environment and grower’s needs
• Has crop and product knowledge is a plus point
