Maintenance Technician Sr

• Perform preventative maintenance schedule of company equipment including electrical, mechanical, control devices, instrumentation, welding, replacing motors, robotics repairs, etc. for assigned site
• Assist with coordinating equipment downtime to perform necessary repairs and maintenance in conjunction with site leadership team
• Lead, administer, and assign all site maintenance activities
• Ensure equipment inspections are being documented and completed as required during on/off peak seasons
• Work cohesively with maintenance team, site leadership team, and third-party personnel
• Own repair budget and support repair calendar annually
• Manage vendor relations with contractors, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors 
• Ensure compliance of site-specific permits when maintenance work is required in key areas (hot work, work from heights)
• Establish site grounds program (snow removal, lawn care, irrigation) in conjunction with site leadership team
• Assist with developing a comprehensive reporting system to ensure PM data is collected and utilized to drive understanding of useful life of equipment (leverage system capabilities to support maintenance)
• Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and Syngenta HSE policies and employee code of conduct.
