Responsibilities

• As part of the Credit & Collections Leadership Team in LAS, responsible for the full customer view for the SE & CP (E2E credit & collection view), giving support to both businesses, by ensuring a correct follow-up of credit accounts, as well anticipating sales business needs in terms of credit lines & debt management by keeping risk under control

• Governance / Business Partnership. Double stakeholder management (Seeds & CP), with active Participation in key meetings (BPR, month-end sales meeting, credit committee, customer complaints follow-up, commercial meetings, customer meeting/visits, etc)

• Actively participation on cash forecasting, budget, etc. using Syngenta integrated tools.

• Actively promote continuous improvements & look for process efficiencies, by leading new projects & developing new ideas & WoW

• Active credit management, by correctly assessing clients risk, collaterals management & daily follow-up on blocked sales orders.

• Active collection management, being close to the business & customers, & working closely with the AFO to assure high quality standards. Define & meet collections targets & forecasts. Assure customer accounts reconciled

• Strong interaction with other areas (O2C, taxes, Barter, Financial Solutions, etc)

• Ensure Control & Compliance according to procedures & policies

• Work on team development, keeping high engagement & commitment, by identifying, retaining & promoting key talents. Work on 1-1 basis with each team member on personal development & IDP

• Develop, define & implement KPI’s & reports, to meet needs of various business partners, as well generating insightful analysis to support key business decisions.

• Use and promote Capabilities defined for LAS. Be role model for the rest of the Finance organization.

Essential for this position:

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of SAP / CARD
• Demonstrated effective stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to set priorities
• Resilience capacity
• Teamwork
• Customer centricity
• Excellent Knowleadge of the office package and advanced use of excel,macros, smartsheet, Power BI
