LATAM ERP SAP - Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
•    Act as DevOps Lead for the SAP platform;
•    Work with Agile Methodology for project and improvement management, cost x delivery evaluation;
•    Incident management, monitoring of critical cases, ensuring the quality level of deliveries;
•    Manage partners, validating SLAs, KPIs, proposing process improvements and ways of interacting;
•    Guarantee and improve user experience of internal and external customers for SAP deliveries;
•    Seek continuous innovation for SAP services and products.
 

Requiriments:
•    Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Information Technology;
•    SAP technical and/or functional knowledge;
•    Knowledge in Agile Methodology;
•    Experience with DevOps;
•    Experience with provider management;
•    Experience with managing internal clients from different areas;
•    Mandatory knowledge in advanced English, for writing, reading and speaking;
•    Mandatory knowledge in intermediate Spanish, for writing, reading and speaking (advanced level will be considered a differential).

Note:
This position will not include the people management part of the scope. It will act in a more managerial way in managing deliveries (projects, improvements and incidents) together with its respective stakeholders.
