Lab Quality Officer

• Ensure all imported seed must to clear quality control data, qualify to selling in local market include quality certificate.
• Provide test result for testing is performed by Syn lab on time. Ensure all activities in lab follow strictly procedure and work instruction.
• Ensure GOT effectively and provide test result with high accuracy.
• Ensure all retained samples available for investigation, traceability.
• Ensure all lab work instructions are in place and effectively  implementation

• Agronomy or other relevant university bachelor degree
• Have experience quality control in seed industry is a plus
• Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management is a plus
• Organizing skills, good computer user
• Good at communication (in both English and Vietnamese)
• Independence working. Be honest, patient, creative and enthusiasm
• Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions
